Well the new year is with us, the family health problems are HOPEFULLY settling down so it's back to the regime this weekend. No not out in the snow and biting sub-zero temperatures but in the gym however I'm targetting 140km over the two-day weekend so ...... watch this space.
Also decided to chase the 20 people who have all promised to donate but, as of this morning, none of them had so a text went out. The one who responded added a handsome donation of £50 probably given I donated £500 back in 2005 to the Riding for the Disabled school his brother attended (although he did seem a little peeved at the repeated texts).
Hope to be back on here a bit more often from now on. Famous last words?
